Tenants and Partners from the Miramar Park of Commerce donated toys and gifts, marking a decade of community generosity.
The Miramar Park of Commerce, South Florida’s largest locally owned and managed office park, celebrated a major milestone with the 10th Annual Sunbeam Polar Express, held in partnership with the Miramar Police Department. This year’s “Fiesta of Giving” brought together tenants, officers and the community to collect and deliver thousands of toys to local children and families in need.
The festive day began at the Sunbeam office, where tenants arrived with toy donations and enjoyed a lively, fiesta-themed celebration. Bright decorations, music and community spirit set the stage as gifts piled high in preparation for the day’s holiday caravan.
The Miramar Police Department then led the annual Polar Express procession, escorting a caravan of decorated trucks filled with donations on a loop around the Miramar Park of Commerce before heading to the Miramar Police Department. Upon arrival, officers and Sunbeam team members worked together to unload the toys, ensuring they would soon reach children throughout Miramar through Operation Blue Squad.
Miramar Police Chief Delrish Moss and members of his command staff supported the event and assisted with toy collection efforts. All donated toys will be distributed to local children in need through Operation Blue Squad, helping ensure that families across Miramar feel the warmth and magic of the holiday season.
