Miramar Park of Commerce Secures More Than 130,000 SF in JLL-Brokered Leases

Sunbeam Properties & Development, developer of the Miramar Park of Commerce, has announced more than 130,000 sq. ft. of leasing activity brokered on the tenant side by JLL, one of the world’s leading commercial real estate services firms.

TEVA Pharmaceuticals renewed its lease for approximately 49,582 sq. ft. of office space at 3320-3460 Enterprise Way, MPC-23A. The space supports TEVA’s pharmaceutical testing operations. Sky Groden of JLL represented TEVA.

Walgreens renewed its lease for approximately 51,862 sq. ft. in MPC-12B, 2900 N Commerce Parkway. Zach Wendelin of JLL represented Walgreens.

Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Co. renewed its lease for approximately 25,533 sq. ft. of office and warehouse space in MPC-29B, 9591 Premier Parkway. The facility supports the company’s distribution of fire protection products throughout the region. Ken Morris of JLL represented Reliable Automatic Sprinkler.

Solid Care Surface, Inc. has signed a renewal for approximately 4,486 sq. ft. in MPC-2A at 10300 USA Today Way. The tenant’s broker from JLL is Rob Foster.
