MIRAMAR, Fla. (August 2, 2017) – Eleven lease transactions totaling 150,891 sq. ft. of space were recently completed at the Miramar Park of Commerce, the largest locally owned and managed business park in South Florida.
Maridee Bell and Lauren Pace of Sunbeam Properties & Development represented the Park in all of the transactions unless otherwise noted.
New Leases
Represented by Anthony Garay of Vivo Real Estate Group, Cyborg Instruments leased 26,976 sq. ft. of space in building MPC-7C, located at 3930 Executive Way. Cyborg Instruments specializes in the import, online retail and fulfillment of European furniture via its websites including RoomSmart.com, ContempStyle.com, Multimobeds.com, Turbobeds.com and EZClosets.com. Cyborg Instruments is also a partner of Wayfair and Amazon.
Roses Delight, represented by Anthony Garay and Carlos Velasquez of Vivo Real Estate Group, leased 11,640 sq. ft. of space in building MPC-11C at 2721 N. Commerce Parkway for a warehouse and distribution center for healthcare products, canned and dry foods, paper and disposables, beauty care products and more.
Represented by Alexander Cahlin of Blanca Commercial Real Estate and Ryan Goggins of Colliers International, Blue Wave Communications leased 7,400 sq. ft. of space in building MPC-2A at 10330 USA Today Way. The space will function as an office and warehouse for the full-service technology solutions and structured cabling company.
Lease Renewals
Represented by Jeff Hartsook of Americas Commercial Real Estate, Promptus, LLC renewed its lease for 29,094 sq. ft. of distribution and warehouse space at 3950 Executive Way. Promptus is a global freight forwarder licensed by the Federal Maritime Commission and a licensed customs broker in the U.S.
Represented by Keith Darby of Rise Realty, JPay, Inc., a provider of corrections-related services in more than 30 states, renewed its lease for 24,487 sq. ft. of space at 10981 Marks Way.
Central Admixture Pharmacy, Inc. (CAPS®) renewed its lease for 7,018 sq. ft. of space at 3125 Commerce Parkway. Represented by David Wigoda of JLL, CAPS is the nation’s largest network of outsourcing admixture pharmacies, delivering admixture services and solutions to hospitals and outpatient facilities from 25 locations across the United States.
Headquartered in Suffolk, Va. with a division in Miramar, Kerma Medical Products renewed its lease for 5,905 sq. ft. of office and warehouse space at 3371 Executive Way. This division manages the delivery of rehabilitation equipment and supplies, diagnostic equipment, durable medical equipment (DME), exam room tables, chairs, cabinetry and/or stainless equipment.
Ocean Air renewed its lease for 5,736 sq. ft. of office and warehouse space at 3123 Commerce Parkway. Ocean Air is a leading supplier of airplane parts and commercial aircraft products for the aviation aftermarket. Sunbeam Vice President Andrew Ansin represented the Park in this transaction.
Lease Extensions
Kone, Inc., represented by Gregg Raus of JLL, extended its lease for 18,959 sq. ft. of space at 3421 Enterprise Way. Kone is a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry. Its location at the Miramar Park of Commerce serves as an office, warehouse and distribution center for associated parts.
Healthcare Facility Solutions, LLC relocated to another location within the Park and extended its lease for 6,889 sq. ft. of office and warehouse space at 3967 Commerce Parkway. The company stores and repairs durable medical equipment including hospital beds, stretchers, exam room furniture and more.
Herman Electronics, Inc. extended its lease for 6,787 sq. ft. of office and warehouse space at 10110 USA Today Way. Herman Electronics is one of the nation’s leading distributors of cable, connectivity and infrastructure audio/visual products to the commercial audio/visual and broadcast industries. The company’s integration division, Herman Integration Services, ranked 110 on the “2016 Inc. 5000,” a list of America’s fastest-growing private companies.
